Nefyn Beach

Access to the beach is down Lon y Traeth, (Beach Road), past our house, Pendorlan! The beach is quite sandy, and the coastal walk runs from the castle above the beach around the headland and over to Morfa Nefyn. Take in Nefyn Sailing Club on the way to the Ty Coch pub on the beach at Porthdinllaen and Nefyn Golf Club at Morfa Nefyn.

Whilst looking for places to eat out, there is the excellent Nefyn Tandoori Indian restaurant near the end of Ffordd Dewi Sant, and on the other side of the road, the Nanhoron Hotel.

There is a chippy and a pizza and kebab shop on the High Street.

Light of Bengal Indian Restaurant

A little further out are Y Bryncynan Pub by the roundabout on the Pwllheli Road, The Cliffs on the Beach Road at Morfa Nefyn, The Ship at Edern and the Lion Hotel in Tudweiliog.

The village also boasts a Spar at the top of the High Street (Styrd Fawr) with a pharmacy next door. At the other end of the village, near the roundabout, a newsagent and HSBC ATM with a Post Office just down the hill. For the museum, which may have since closed, look for the old church with a ship on the tower!
